Hummus Deluxe

2 cans chick peas

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Cumin

1/4 cup olive oil

3 cloves garlic crushed

1/2 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)

DYNAMITE Relish

Add 1 drained can and 1 full can of chick peas in to a food processor.

Add lemon, olive oil, garlic, cumin to taste, and 1 tablespoon of salt or to taste and blend thoroughly (several minutes if possible).

Slowly add in the tahini while continuing to blend.

Once mixed well, remove from food processor and refrigerate.

Serve cold by adding hummus to a shallow bowl and top with olive oil and DYNAMITE Relish. Eat with veggies or pita.
