Smash Burger Tacos

24oz of beef:
80% lean London Broil about 19.2 oz
20% fat from NY Strip about 4.8 oz

6 Tortillas

6 Slices American Cheese

Shredded Lettuce

Finely Diced Onion

DYNAMITE Pickles

DYNAMITE Hot Sauce

Avocado Oil

Salt

Pepper

1/2 Cup Mayo

1/2 Cup Ketchup

1/4 Cup Whole Grain Mustard

1/4 Sweet Relish

2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce

A dash or two of DYNAMITE Hot Sauce to taste

Mix well and set aside

Mix beef well and shape in to 3oz balls.

Use 2-3 tablespoons of Avocado oil in a very hot skillet (smoking) and set a beef ball in the center of the pan and add salt and pepper.

Place the tortilla on top and use a burger press to smash the ball in to a patty as thin as possible using the tortilla like parchment paper.

Let cook for 3 – 4 minutes.

Flip the patty and tortilla and add salt and pepper as well as an American cheese slice on top.

Let the tortilla cook in the beef juice until browned and remove. Repeat with remaining beef balls.

Top with Onion, Lettuce, DYNAMITE Pickles, and Burger Sauce. Fold and eat like a taco!
